What you’ll be doing

• Running your own section with confidence and consistency
• Delivering fresh, high-quality dishes every service
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Mentoring junior chefs and helping maintain high standards
• Following food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures at all times

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a similar Chef de Partie role
• A genuine passion for fresh, high-quality food
• Strong team spirit with leadership potential
• A positive, can-do attitude — especially under pressure
• The right to work in the UK
