We’re looking for a motivated Commis Chef to join our team in Swanwick — a place where fresh ingredients, teamwork, and a fast-paced service come together every day.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting chefs with food preparation across all sections
• Preparing fresh ingredients including vegetables, meat, and fish
• Helping to deliver high-quality dishes every service
• Assisting with stock rotation, deliveries, and kitchen organisation
• Keeping your section clean, tidy, and compliant with food safety standards
• Learning from senior chefs and developing your skills every day

What we’re looking for

• Some basic kitchen experience (or a strong passion to start your chef career)
• A genuine interest in fresh, high-quality food
• A team player who’s willing to learn and take direction
• A positive attitude, especially in a busy kitchen
• Good attention to detail
• Right to work in the UK
