The role – Line Chef

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role at the heart of a busy kitchen where consistency, teamwork, and pride in your work really matter. You’ll:

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to spec, every time
• Work across different sections to support smooth service
• Deliver fast, accurate plates during busy periods
• Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards
• Support senior chefs and help keep the kitchen running efficiently
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused kitchen culture
• Take pride in presentation, flavour, and consistency

What we’re looking for

• At least 1 year of chef experience in a busy kitchen
• A genuine passion for great food and hospitality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Willingness to learn, develop, and progress
• Right to work in the UK
