Waiter / Waitress (Part-Time & Full-Time Available)

We’re looking for enthusiastic Waiter/Waitresses to join our growing front-of-house team at Harpers Southampton. Whether you’re starting out or already have experience, what matters most is your attitude, energy, and love for working with people.

What you’ll be doing

• Giving every guest a warm, friendly welcome
• Taking food and drink orders with confidence
• Serving hot, cold, and alcoholic drinks
• Handling payments (cash & card)
• Keeping the restaurant and bar areas clean and welcoming
• Supporting the team during busy shifts
• Making sure every guest leaves with a great experience

What we’re looking for

• Minimum age 16 (licensing requirement)
• A confident, friendly communicator
• High energy and a positive attitude
• Good organisation and decision-making skills
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Team player who enjoys a busy environment
• Some hospitality experience is great — but not essential
