Working alongside the General Manager, you’ll help run the pub day-to-day and make sure every shift runs brilliantly.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and developing the FOH team

• Delivering consistently brilliant guest experiences

• Taking responsibility for the food and beverage operation

• Driving sales, KPIs and operational performance

• Supporting recruitment, training and development across the team

• Managing stock control and maintaining operational standards

• Taking responsibility for opening and closing the business

• Solving problems quickly and confidently when things get busy

You’ll have:

• Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality

• Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive, trustworthy and fair approach

• The ability to stay calm, think quickly and take ownership

• A genuine passion for hospitality and making guests feel welcome

• The flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays

• Right to Work in the UK
