Hash Kitchen and The Sicilian Butcher are seeking a creative and self-motivated freelance videographer to help capture and elevate content for our two leading Hospitality Brands. This would be a contract/ongoing retainer opportunity.

COMMITMENT AND PAY

• Ongoing monthly retainer
• Approximately 6 videos per week (consistent weekly output)
• Flexible schedule, with availability for occasional on-location shoots in Arizona (Hash Kitchen and The Sicilian Butcher locations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

• Be at least 18 years of age. 
• Proven experience shooting and editing short-form video for social Media platforms
• Strong understanding of content that performs well on Instagram & TikTok (pacing, trends, use of audio, etc.)
• Experience filming in restaurant, hospitality, or lifestyle settings preferred
• Musto own your own equipment and editing software necessary to complete the work

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Shoot and edit short-form video content (Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, Facebook Stories)
• Deliver 6 videos per week (3 per brand) on an ongoing basis
• Work both on-location and with content provided by the marketing team
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to determine what content will be shot
• Meet turnaround expectations of 1–3 days per video
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments, team culture, and seasonal promotions
• Be adaptable to creative direction and evolving content needs

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

• Ability to collaborate with marketing and operations teams
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for visual storytelling
• Capable of working quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Able to receive feedback and revise work cheerfully 
• Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely, accurate manner 
• Regular and predictable attendance  
• Valid driver's license

WORKING CONDITIONS: Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions. Natural and regular stressors occur on the job.
