HR Generalist – Hawksmoor Dublin

We’re looking for a people-focused, detail-driven HR Generalist to join our team at Hawksmoor Dublin. You’ll play a vital role in making our restaurant a brilliant place to work by delivering fair, consistent and legally compliant HR support across every stage of the employee journey.

Working closely with the Head of HR and our wider People Team, you’ll support managers and teams with onboarding, employee relations, compliance, learning and development, payroll, and engagement – helping embed our Hawksmoor values in everyday practice.


What you’ll do

  • Act as the go-to HR contact for the Dublin site

  • Advise on employee relations, absence, conduct and probation

  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date and WRC-compliant

  • Coordinate payroll inputs and tronc fortnightly

  • Manage statutory family leave and support return-to-work

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and probation reviews

  • Help deliver training, monitor engagement, and track key HR metrics

  • Maintain accurate HR systems and reporting


Who you are

  • Experience in a HR Generalist or Advisor role

  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and WRC standards

  • Organised, clear communicator, problem-solver

  • Confident with systems like Harri, Timepoint or Thrive

Bonus points for:

  • Hospitality experience

  • Level 5 CIPD (or working towards it)

  • Experience with tronc, family leave, and audits
