- Run your station with passion, precision and consistency
- Own starters, sides or larder prep, service and close down
- Keep food safety, sustainability and waste-minimisation front of mind
- Work together with kitchen and front-of-house to ensure seamless services
- Dive into training, tastings, supplier visits and masterclasses

- You’ve got experience as a Chef de Partie working with fresh food
- You love people as much as cooking and have a passion for serving amazing dishes
- You stay focused and organised and enjoy the buzz when it gets busy
- You’re someone who loves to learn, grow, and be part of a team that lives its values every day
