Sales & Events Manager – Hawksmoor Dublin

Since 2006 we have been the UK’s home of ethically sourced, grass-fed beef, cooked over charcoal and paired with award-winning wines and cocktails. As we grow in Ireland, Hawksmoor Dublin plays a key role in bringing our warm, generous hospitality to the city. As Sales & Events Manager, you’ll own the commercial success of events, private dining and group bookings at Hawksmoor Dublin. This is a senior, hands-on role combining relationship-building, creativity and operational delivery. You’ll be the face of Hawksmoor for events locally — from first enquiry through to flawless execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead sales for events, private dining, groups and buyouts
  • Build strong relationships with corporates, agencies, hotels and local partners
  • Host show rounds, tastings and client meetings
  • Drive revenue through proactive sales, smart proposals and upselling
  • Work closely with the on-site team to deliver seamless, high-quality events
  • Track performance and activity using our sales systems
Who You Are
  • Experienced in hospitality sales, events or premium venue management
  • Commercially minded and confident working to targets
  • Warm, professional and comfortable hosting clients
  • Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
  • Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
