As Senior Kitchen Manager at Hawksmoor Dublin, you’ll play a key leadership role within the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef and senior team to deliver strong operational performance alongside exceptional food standards. This is a senior back-of-house leadership role, focused on running efficient, well-organised kitchens that support high-volume service while maintaining the quality Hawksmoor is known for.
You’ll combine operational leadership, procurement expertise and team development to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, stays commercially strong and continues to develop a high-performing brigade.
What You’ll DoLead back-of-house operations to support high-volume, high-quality service
Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure strong kitchen leadership and organisation
Oversee stock control, purchasing and supplier management
Support procurement strategy and help deliver GP and cost targets
Build and maintain systems for purchasing across food and non-food items
Identify operational improvements and report on performance and opportunities
Write rotas and support labour planning across the kitchen team
Lead team development including reviews, 1:1s and probation management
Support performance management and disciplinary processes when required
Experienced leading high-volume kitchens at Senior Sous Chef level or above
A strong operational leader with excellent organisational skills
Commercially aware with experience managing food cost and GP performance
Confident running service and supporting kitchen leadership when required
A clear communicator who works well with chefs, suppliers and senior leaders
Passionate about maintaining high standards and developing strong teams
