As HR Manager at Hawksmoor Dublin, you’ll lead the day-to-day people operation for the restaurant, partnering closely with managers to create a fair, consistent and supportive employee experience. This is a hands-on, site-based role where you’ll take ownership of employee relations, engagement, compliance, payroll coordination, onboarding and people development.

You’ll work closely with the Head of HR and wider People team, while being the key HR presence in Dublin, helping managers build confidence and making sure our values show up in everyday decisions.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead day-to-day HR operations for Hawksmoor Dublin
  • Partner with managers on employee relations, performance, absence and probation matters
  • Ensure HR records, contracts, right to work checks and people processes are accurate and compliant
  • Support payroll, tronc and people data processes for the Dublin team
  • Lead onboarding, statutory leave and return-to-work processes with care and consistency
  • Coach managers to handle people matters fairly and confidently
  • Support engagement, wellbeing and communication across the restaurant
  • Use people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Help maintain WRC-ready processes and strong compliance with Irish employment legislation
Who You Are
  • Experienced as an HR Manager, People Manager or standalone HR generalist
  • Confident managing employee relations cases across performance, conduct, absence and grievance matters
  • Knowledgeable in Irish employment law and WRC standards
  • Comfortable working in a busy, operational environment
  • Organised, practical and able to manage competing priorities
  • A trusted partner to managers, with strong communication and coaching skills
  • Confident using HR systems such as Harri, Timepoint, Thrive or similar
  • Passionate about building a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture
