As our Bar Assistant General Manager at Hawksmoor Dublin, you'll own the bar operation end to end — reporting directly to the General Manager while running the bar as your domain. This isn't a whole venue AGM role, but it carries real weight as you'll lead the team, set the standard and be accountable for the bar's performance in every sense. That means tracking and driving measurable improvement in guest experience and financial performance, making an impact you can see in the numbers and feel on the floor. You'll bring creativity, commercial awareness and genuine leadership to ensure the bar consistently meets Hawksmoor standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the bar team to deliver confident, consistent service
• Own day-to-day bar operations, quality and standards
• Drive drinks quality, product knowledge and presentation
• Manage stock control, ordering and margins
• Train and develop bartenders and head bartenders
• Be a visible presence on the floor and behind the bar during service
• Work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team to drive commercial performance and business growth

Who You Are

• Experienced as a Bar Manager or senior Assistant Bar Manager in a quality venue, ready for your next step
• Passionate about drinks, service and guest experience
• A confident people leader who develops high-performing teams
• Commercially aware and organised
