Description

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for leading the daily operations of an assigned restaurant while driving team performance, guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and financial results.

Benefits & Compensation

General Managers are eligible to participate in the performance-based bonus plan based on green light percentages within the financial period, with a maximum earning potential of up to $1,500.00 per financial period (up to 19,500/yr in annual performance bonuses)

General Managers are also eligible for the following salaried benefits:

  • Bi-weekly Technology Allowance of $50
  • 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Short-term disability, long-term disability, and group life insurance
  • Participation in the Hawaiian Bros Salaried Vacation Plan, currently 15 paid days off annually

Operations

  • Maintain company standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
  • Ensure efficient daily restaurant operations
  • Execute local marketing and community engagement initiatives
  • Manage scheduling, delegation, and completion of operational priorities

Financial Performance

  • Monitor sales, labor, food cost, and operating expenses
  • Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure accurate payroll, cash handling, and reporting procedures
