Skilled Visa Chefs - Sponsorship Opportunity
We have an amazing opportunity for experienced chefs to join our fantastic company.
- Senior Sous Chefs
- Sous Chefs
- Junior Sour Chefs
To be eligible for the Skilled Visa, you need to have met the following criteria
- Have at least 2 Years you are applying for
- Minimum 5 years with Al La Carte style menus and fresh food cooking experience
- For Sous and Senior Sous, Ability to lead a team of 10+ chefs from the line in the absence of the Head Chef
- An SELT, IELTS or English equivalent, or likely to pass it within a month of a job offer
- Applicants from inside the UK welcome

The Ideal Candidate:
- Will have a great presence and a vibrant personality
- Able to work with and alongside the Head Chef to follow guidance and inspire, motivate and develop the kitchen team
- Have experience in working with fresh food, running busy operations and overseeing large teams
- Ability to maintain quality and high standards across all areas of the kitchen
- Proven experience in delivering business growth, budgets, staff retention

Heartwood Collection currently has 20 pubs and 14 Brasserie Blancs. We aim to grow to 61 sites by 2027 and include pubs with rooms. This could add up to 500 bedrooms to The Collection in the next 4 years.
