Head of Revenue: The Role:
The Head of Revenue will have responsibility for developing a strategy to deliver the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the newly opened ‘Pub with Rooms’ sites, as well as the wider pub and restaurant business.
This role would involve developing a rate strategy for yield management and supporting the wider development of the team to deliver this.
As our estate expands we would intend to develop a central reservations team for dealing with enquiries and to pro-actively sell our rooms, private dining rooms and packages. This is likely to extend into reservations support for Heartwood Inns and Brasserie Blanc generally, the Head of Revenue would have responsibility for driving a central reservations team.
The role will be based at our Head Office in Teddington, Middlesex conveniently located right next to the station

Not only this, we made space in our trophy cupboard for a handful of new awards including not one but two Publican awards, R200, Sunday Times Best Places to Work (big organisation) and most recently an EMEA award for the Best Rebrand from the Marketing specific award, The Drum.
