We’re now looking for an experienced and people-focused Recruitment Manager to join our Recruitment team and help attract exceptional talent across our growing business.

The role will be hybrid working from sites and some work from home, but you will also need to be commutable weekly to our Head Office, based in Teddington, Middlesex.
Recruitment Manager - The RoleReporting to the Head of Recruitment, you’ll play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business by attracting, engaging, and hiring high-quality talent across Management and Chef roles.
Working closely with Operations teams and Site Managers, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple sites, build strong talent pipelines, and support recruitment initiatives that help us continue to grow successfully.
This role offers a great balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery within a collaborative and high-performing People Team.
We’re looking for someone energetic, organised, and commercially aware, with a genuine passion for hospitality recruitment.
