Hendel Products Group is seeking a qualified Operations Technology Professional to join our skilled team, deploying, maintaining, and repairing technology within the organization's operations.
IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR FULL-TIME OPERATIONS TECHNOLOGY PROFESSIONAL
Work with the great team at Hendel Products Group, operating more than 31 restaurants in NYC, Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island.
- Certificate or Computer Science Degree from accredited school
- +18 years old with a valid NYS Drivers License
Operations Technology Professional Key Responsibilities:
- Deployment, Maintenance and Repair ensuring the proper functioning of all technology equipment within their organization.
- Troubleshooting on-site and remote support to resolve technology issues.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Training and supporting other OTP's and providing resources for new technology implementations.
- Configuration, replacement, and installation of equipment
- In some cases, lead a team of OTP's or technicians, providing guidance and support.
- Work with various departments, such as IT and other relevant teams, to ensure seamless technology integration.
- Certificate or Computer Science Degree
- Possesses Leadership Qualities
- Strong Communication Skills
- Understanding a computer system
- Experience with installing and using computer software
