Description

Henrietta Hotel opened in 2017, right in the heart of bustling Covent Garden. A haven nestled away from the busy streets outside, Henrietta is comprised of 40 rooms divided into two buildings. In the summer of 2024, renowned British chef Jackson Boxer took the helm of the restaurant, reimagining the food offering against the backdrop of a full restaurant redesign. Expect nods to their Parisian heritage and the city’s famed bistros, as well as to Covent Garden’s rich history. Taking inspiration from London’s continental neighbours, the menu at Henri reflects the culinary traditions and timeless appeal of a Parisian bistro, serving Jackson’s take on French classics alongside signature Experimental cocktails.  

Job: Breakfast Chef - Full Time (Temporary Position 2nd March to 17th May 2026)

Based in: Covent Garden, London

Reports to: Head Chef

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate the breakfast service ensure timely delivery of breakfast dishes.
  • Assist in the food preparation process and advance preparation where practical for the next breakfast service.
  • Cook and prepare elements of high-quality dishes.
  • Be aware of food allergens and dietary requirements.
  • Support the Head Chef with deliveries and restocking.
  • Clean kitchen stations.
  • Maintain a high level of food quality, exceeding our guests’ expectations.
  • Adhere to quality, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Apply all Health & Safety and food quality regulations.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in a similar role within a comparable venue.
  • Have a passion for Food & Beverage industry.
  • Be well spoken with excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to details and customer needs.
  • Social, engaging and motivated.
  • Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.
  • Knowledge as well as abilities in other languages would be beneficial.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
