For the 8th year running, global Christmas cocktail-bar franchise Miracle has chosen Experimental to bring its iconic festive pop-up back to London, but this year we’re opening the doors early with Haunting, a spooky Halloween takeover before transforming into the kitsch Christmas wonderland everyone knows and loves.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in setting and maintaining the company standards for the restaurant service and food quality.
• Greet and interact with guests.
• Create a welcoming environment for guests, assess their needs and make recommendations.
• Set the tables and ensure the good overall presentation of the restaurant.
• Present and explain the menu to guests.
• Take and serve food and drinks orders.
• Deliver bills and charge guests.
• Apply all food and beverage safety and quality regulations.
