At least three to four years of related human resources experience
Hospitality experience preferred
Knowledge of Federal, State employment regulatory bodies
Details:
Full -time, Exempt
Tuesday through Saturday schedule, with flexibility in start and end time
Reports to Human Resources Director
Spanish English bilingual preferred
Process job changes and adjustments utilizing HR technology.
Assist with timecard and scheduling troubleshooting
Process new hire onboarding
Assist leadership in the completion of the employee performance review cycle.
Complete I9s within legal time frame and with exact precision
Provide on-site assistance for employee onboarding as needed and host onboarding group sessions
Manage HR email inbound requests and inquiries
Provide audit support for all restaurant personnel certifications, signed documents, and personnel records
Be a subject matter expert in navigating our HRIS and provide HR technology support to employees and leadership.
Assist in reviewing, administering, and submitting progressive discipline as needed.
