The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer / People Director, you’ll lead the development and delivery of Hiddenwell’s Talent, Culture and Employer Brand strategy across our growing portfolio of destination spa hotels.
You’ll be responsible for attracting, engaging and retaining exceptional people whilst ensuring our future hotel openings are successfully resourced, mobilised and culturally aligned.
Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our reputation as one of the UK’s most desirable hospitality employers.
