The Position
As General Manager, you will lead a dedicated team in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of the hotel. You will be responsible for maintaining the hotel’s high standards of service, overseeing strategic planning, financial management, and team development. This role requires a proactive approach to guest engagement, a focus on driving revenue, and the ability to foster a motivating and collaborative work environment. Working closely with the wider Highland Coast Hotels leadership team, you will align the Royal Golf Hotel with company goals, uphold our reputation for excellence, and continually enhance guest experiences.
The Person
We’re seeking an experienced hospitality professional with a proven track record in hotel management. You should be a dynamic, hands-on leader with a strong background in operations, people management, and financial acumen. Experience in a boutique or traditional hotel setting is preferred, along with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Strong leadership skills, adaptability, and excellent communication are essential, along with the drive to exceed expectations and lead your team to achieve their full potential. Knowledge of the local market, particularly in tourism and golf, is advantageous.
The Package
Competitive salary based on experience, in the region of £50,000 – 60,000 per annum
