The Person
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and service driven hospitality professional who enjoys being at the centre of hotel operations.
You will already have experience in a hotel environment, ideally with some supervisory or management responsibility, and be confident working across departments in a fast paced setting. You will have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
You should be well organised, commercially aware and comfortable supporting day-to-day decisions that balance guest satisfaction, team effectiveness and operational efficiency. A good understanding of hotel reception, housekeeping and food and beverage operations would be highly beneficial.
Most importantly, you will be a team player who leads by example, builds positive working relationships and is keen to grow within a progressive hospitality business.
