Overview of Role

Bar Supervisors are responsible for leading the bar team to deliver each guest a unique, high-quality experience with passion, knowledge, and professionalism in an energetic atmosphere. They oversee daily bar operations, ensuring accurate orders of food and beverages are prepared and delivered properly, while maintaining staff presence and attentiveness throughout service.

In addition to supporting the guest experience, Bar Supervisors play a practical leadership role - motivating the team, monitoring performance, and ensuring service standards are consistently met. A strong emphasis on product knowledge, training and mentorship is essential to elevate the guest experience above the ordinary.

Bar Supervisors foster a positive culture of teamwork, accountability, and fun while setting the pace and example for the team. We expect nothing short of excellence, with personality and leadership setting the tone to make you the ringleader of the bar each shift.
