Hoar Cross Hall, part of the award-winning Barons Eden collection, is looking for a Painter & Decorator to join our maintenance team.

Please note: This role does not qualify for visa sponsorship, and sponsorship will not be provided at any point

The Role

As part of our Maintenance team, you will play a critical role in keeping the business running and making the best impression to our guests during their stay or visit through your impeccable workmanship.  

You will be responsible for completing painting and decorating projects throughout the business, managing ad hoc projects as well as time scheduled work, including but not limited to hotel public areas, bedrooms, office refurbs and staff accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

• Have previous experience as a professional painter and decorator
• Have previous experience working on commercial properties would be beneficial
• Be NVQ qualified or equivalent in painting and decorating
• Have the ability to always think like the guest. Your standards should meet their expectation, every time!
• Be committed to learning about our guests to make their experience personal
• Have the ability to work fast and efficiently without compromising on standards
• Have a good eye for detail
• Have great teamwork ethic
• Have the ability to work on your own

Additional Information

• Working 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
