The Role:

We are on the lookout for a creative and enthusiastic Cocktail Bartender to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team on a part-time or full-time basis. 

This role is essential in providing our guests with bespoke and memorable cocktail experiences, contributing to the overall excellence of our dining and bar services. The ideal candidate will have a flair for mixology, a passion for service, and a dedication to creating innovative and delicious beverages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft a variety of exceptional cocktails, from classic recipes to innovative creations, ensuring each drink meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations, share knowledge about our beverage offerings, and create a welcoming and memorable experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and pairing suggestions.
  • Ensure the bar area is always clean and well-organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Staying informed of current trends in mixology and beverage service.

Personal Specification:

Essentials:

  • Previous experience as a Cocktail Bartender within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent knowledge and eye for detail in mixology, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Good understanding of liquor licencing, food hygiene and quality standards.
  • Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Desirables

  • Experience with large volume covers.
  • Experience in providing first-class bar service
  • Food Safety Training.

Shift Pattern:

  • Part-time and Full-time roles available
  • Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
