The Role:

This role is essential in providing our guests high-quality beverages and speciality drinks, contributing to the overall excellence of our dining and bar services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft a variety of beverages including coffee and tea, ensuring each drink meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Engage with guests to provide personalised recommendations, share knowledge about our beverage offerings, and create a welcoming and memorable experience.
  • Operate coffee machines, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and pairing suggestions.
  • Ensure the bar area is always clean and well-organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work closely with other team members and assist with further Food & Beverage duties to ensure smooth operations.

Personal Specification:

Essentials:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge and eye for detail in hot and cold drinks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Desirables

  • Previous experience as a Barista within the hospitality industry.
  • Experience in providing first-class bar service.
  • Food Safety Training.

Shift Pattern:

  • Part-time, and Full-time roles available
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum two days per week. 
  • Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
