- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Craft exceptional cocktails, from classic favourites to innovative creations, that meet our high standards of presentation and taste.
- Engage with guests, offering personalized beverage recommendations and sharing your knowledge to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the drink menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
- Ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and in compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Stay informed about current trends in mixology and continuously enhance your skills to deliver cutting-edge cocktail experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
Essentials:
- Previous experience as a Bartender within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, garnishing, and drink presentation.
- Familiarity with liquor licensing, food hygiene, and quality standards.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
Desirables:
- Experience as a Cocktail Bartender, creating both classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Experience handling large volume covers and high guest turnover.
- Previous experience in providing high-quality bar service in a hotel or spa setting.
- Food Safety Training or a willingness to undergo training.
