We are looking for a Cocktail Waiter/Waitress to join our vibrant Food & Beverage team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient, courteous, and professional service at all times, particularly in the Outdoor Spa Terrace, bars, and restaurants, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for.
  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests throughout the hotel and spa, with a particular focus on cocktail service.
  • Respond to guest queries with politeness, offering recommendations and sharing your knowledge of cocktails and beverages.
  • Collaborate with bar staff to ensure the availability of all beverages and timely service.
  • Handle any guest complaints effectively, following the procedure for service recovery and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold all health and safety standards, dress codes, and service protocols to ensure a high-quality service environment.
  • Attend training sessions (new or refresher) to continuously improve service skills and product knowledge.
Personal Specification: 

Essentials:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in cocktail service.
  • A good understanding of cocktail preparation, liquor licensing, food hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and team members alike.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
Desirables:
  • Experience handling large volume covers and working in high-demand settings.
  • Food Safety Training or a willingness to undertake training.
  • Experience working in a hotel or spa environment, where a premium guest experience is paramount.
Shift Pattern:

  • Part-time and Full-time roles available.
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of two shifts per week.
  • Full flexibility is essential, as you will be required to work as needed, including bank holidays and weekends to meet the needs of the business.
