The Role

Do you have a passion for impeccable service and exquisite cocktails?

As part of our Food and Beverage team you will have a natural way with people, an eye for detail and the drive to maintain and improve standards. It is essential that you have a desire to deliver amazing service and a personality that shines! You will work as part of a fun energetic team creating astounding experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

  • Providing efficient, courteous, and professional service at all times within the Outdoor Spa Terrace, bars, restaurants, and any other department
  • Assisting in delivering all aspects of our food and beverage service to guests across all hotel and spa areas, particularly the service of cocktails.
  • Answering guest queries in a polite and helpful manner
  • Coordinating with bar staff to ensure the availability of all beverages
  • Handling guest complaints, responding accordingly or escalating as required to ensure the complaints procedure is followed and service recovery results in a satisfied guest
  • Maintaining compliance with applicable health and safety standards, dress code, and other serving standards.
  • Undertaking new or refresher training sessions as required

Role Requirements

Essentials

  • Have previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Have knowledge of cocktails, and other beverages
  • Have a good understanding of liquor licencing, food hygiene and quality standards
  • Have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Desirables

  • Have experience with large volume covers
  • Have Food Safety Training

Additional Information

  • Working 5 out of 7 days per week
  • Full-Time available - Zero-hour contract
  • Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business including weekends and bank holidays
