The Role: 

We are seeking friendly, dedicated individuals to join our Spa Experience Host Team, where you’ll play an integral role in providing outstanding service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and guest care, ensuring the highest quality of service while maintaining Pool and Spa Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued. 
  • Monitor and maintain pool and spa areas to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. 
  • Regularly test and adjust pool and spa chemical levels to maintain optimal water quality. 
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, changing rooms, and public spaces. 
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff. 
  • Collaborate with other team members to deliver seamless service across departments. 
  • Inform guests about spa services, treatments, and guidelines, enhancing their overall experience. 
  • Assist Spa Reception with guest arrivals and departures. 
  • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. 
Personal Specification: 

Essentials 

  • All applicants must be 18 years or older due to the nature of the role.
  • Strong customer service background with excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner. 
  • Genuine interest in maintaining pool and spa quality standards. 
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety. 

Desirables 

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the spa or hospitality industry. 
  • Relevant certifications in pool and spa management. 
  • Certification such as Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or similar is advantageous. 

Working Pattern: 

  • Full time: 37.5 hours per week.
  • 5 days a week, including some weekends. 
  • Flexible hours between 6am and 10.30pm.
