The Role:
We are seeking friendly, dedicated individuals to join our Spa Experience Host Team, where you’ll play an integral role in providing outstanding service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and guest care, ensuring the highest quality of service while maintaining Pool and Spa Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities will include:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
- Monitor and maintain pool and spa areas to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Regularly test and adjust pool and spa chemical levels to maintain optimal water quality.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, changing rooms, and public spaces.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver seamless service across departments.
- Inform guests about spa services, treatments, and guidelines, enhancing their overall experience.
- Assist Spa Reception with guest arrivals and departures.
- Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Essentials
- All applicants must be 18 years or older due to the nature of the role.
- Strong customer service background with excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
- Genuine interest in maintaining pool and spa quality standards.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Desirables
- Previous experience in a similar role within the spa or hospitality industry.
- Relevant certifications in pool and spa management.
- Certification such as Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or similar is advantageous.
Working Pattern:
- Full time: 37.5 hours per week.
- 5 days a week, including some weekends.
- Flexible hours between 6am and 10.30pm.
