Hoar Cross Hall Spa Resort is looking for a friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented Spa Facilities Assistant to join our team! What You’ll Do:
As a Spa Facilities Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — ensuring our facilities are spotless, safe, and serene while delivering outstanding guest service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and assisting guests throughout their spa journey
- Maintaining spa cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
- Supporting the team with poolside, laundry, and room spa services
- Carrying out daily checks and pool water testing
- Assisting with activities such as archery, sauna rituals, or axe throwing (if trained!)
- Upselling spa treatments and promoting special offers
- Being an ambassador of our calm, professional, and luxury environment
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who:
- Loves providing top-tier customer service
- Ideally somewhat who is active and has lifeguarding/ pool experience
- Takes pride in attention to detail and high standards
- Is happy working flexible shifts (including weekends & holidays)
- Is a great team player with excellent communication skills
- Ideally has experience in hospitality, leisure, or spa environments (but training is provided!)

- Full-time role: 37.5 hours per week.
