The Role:

Offering a range of wellness treatments, exceptional facilities, and providing outstanding guest experiences, we are seeking for friendly and dedicated individuals to join our Spa Experience Host Team. The ideal candidate will be passionate within this field and will be responsible for providing a high standard of care and service to our guests ensuring they maintain Spa Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued.
• Ensure all areas of the spa are clean, tidy, and well-maintained, including treatment rooms, locker rooms, and public areas.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.
• Work closely with other team members to deliver seamless service and support across all relevant departments.
• Inform guests about spa services, treatments, and guidelines, enhancing their overall experience.
• Support with guest arrivals and departures.
• Address and resolve guest issues promptly and efficiently, maintaining a positive and professional manner.

Personal Specification:

Essentials

• Customer service background with strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Demonstrated interest in pool and spa quality standards.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are obtained.

Desirables

• Previous experience in a similar role within the Spa/Hospitality industry.

Working Pattern:

• Full-time – 5/7 days (evening and weekends will be required).
• Full flexibility is key as you will be expected to work as and when necessary to meet the needs of the team and the business.
