Your purpose

Follow our Standard Operating Procedures and Steps of Service consistently in order to maintain our standards of beverage and food service.

Wash / polish glassware, crockery and cutlery as required.

Ensure there is sufficient mise en place for each service.

Assist with stock rotation.

Ensure stock is received and stored appropriately throughout service.

Keep all service areas and guest tables clean at all times.

Positively approach sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue.

Record all sales transactions accurately and according to procedures.

Handover any relevant information to the colleague relieving your shift or break before you depart.

Ensure the bar / pantry / service areas are left secure at the end of each night shift.

Carry out cleaning duties as required in order to keep the area you are working in in prime condition.

Take responsibility for your station and tools to minimise breakages and wastage.

About you

A passion for delivering exceptional service with a flair for hospitality.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.

Impeccable presentation and attention to detail.

Previous experience in a private members club, five-star hotel or similar luxury environment is preferred.
