Your purpose

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and general upkeep of the Kitchen, following the cleaning schedule.

• Ensure all crockery, cutlery and kitchen-wear is washed as required.
• Operate and clean dishwashers correctly.
• Clean any heavy equipment as directed.
• Clean fridges as required.
• Remove all kitchen waste and store in the correct area.
• Assist with basic preparation of salads, vegetables and stocks.
• Ensure the Kitchen area is left secure at the end of each shift.
• Maintain a high cleanliness in all team areas: canteen, changing rooms and toilets.

Previous experience in a private members club, five-star hotel or similar luxury environment is preferred.
