We’re on the lookout for a General Manager in London, reporting in to Marc, our Area Manager (who was also the first ever General Manager of Honest Burgers).

You’ll be an experienced restaurateur, a natural leader, putting care for people first in everything you do. We encourage our General Managers to be themselves at work; No uniform; tattoos are cool; your hairstyle is yours, not ours. Basically, we don’t want to change who you are because we think the best hospitality comes from people who can be themselves and show customers their personality. We call this Old School Hospitality.

Here’s 5 things we are proud about which makes us Honest (I mean, we have LOADS more than 5 but we can tell you these at interview stages):

1. Our founders Tom & Phil still love Honest Burgers today like they did on day 1. They are still heavily involved with our food, customers and teams
2. We’ve stuck to our values even when challenges seemed too tough, we stuck together and made it happen… like setting up our own butchery
3. We promoted over 70 new managers internally last year and offered 4 head office internships to our staff
4. Whilst we may seem like a ‘chain’ (we hate that word by the way), internally it still feels like a small business where everybody knows your name
5. We are super ambitious. This year we have another 7 new restaurants opening
