Description

Deputy Manager - Live-in

We are looking for a dynamic deputy manager to help lead an awesome team of rogues and renegades at our iconic sports and party bar.

The right candidate will have experience leading a team in a similarly busy, wet-lead venue. This is a lead from the front position and we expect you to be able to get in the trenches and inspire the team. You will be required to have or obtain a personal license and be comfortable handling incidents as they crop up. Any experience with business sheets, ordering and stock-taking is a definite plus.

As the successful Deputy Manager you will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success of our pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.  You will also be someone who is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
