With a privileged location on the shores of Lake Geneva and a breathtaking view of the famous jet d'eau and Mont Blanc, the Hotel d'Angleterre elegantly combines British charm with legendary Swiss hospitality. An ideal blend of understated sophistication and a passion for service, this boutique hotel offers guests 45 uniquely decorated rooms and suites, all with exquisite artwork and furnishings. Inviting guests to enjoy delicious international cuisine in the Windows Restaurant, as well as cocktails at our famous Leopard Bar and Cigar Lounge.


Main duties:

·        Set up the F&B outlet.

·        Ensure the smooth service in your section: from the order to the bill.

·        Upsell whenever possible when taking the order.

·        Clear the tables and tidy up the F&B outlet.

·        Facilitate the communication with the kitchen.

·        Be perfectly knowledgeable about the menu and provide your recommendations.

·        Respect and apply our Red Carnation Hotels standards.


Prerequisites:

·        Fluent in French and in English, oral and written expression. Proficiency in a third foreign language is highly desirable.

·        Minimum of 2 or 3 years' experience in the luxury hotel industry, in a similar position.

·        Knowledge of Micros is a plus.

·        Communicator, good listener and detail oriented.

·        Open-minded, positive and team player.
