• Process with precision – Raise and issue accurate invoices. Handle no-show charges, cancellations and guest account queries.
• Keep it reconciled – Manage UK and international commissions, reconcile booking.com charges, and support monthly commission accruals.
• Support compliance – Assist with intercompany invoices, month-end tasks, credit allocations, and financial risk assessments.
• Own guest and agent queries – Respond to invoice requests and billing issues quickly and professionally, ensuring smooth communication with travel agents, internal teams and guests.
• Teamwork in finance – Support the Finance Manager and wider team on ad hoc tasks, cover and month-end procedures as needed.
• Maintain standards – Ensure documentation is clear, accurate and filed in line with audit and internal control procedures.

• Previous experience in an accounts or finance assistant role, ideally in a hotel environment
• Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera preferred
