• Lead with accuracy: Oversee the hotel’s full financial function, from forecasting and reporting to audits and compliance.
• Empower your team: Guide, develop, and support a high-performing finance team in a collaborative and values-driven environment.
• Be the numbers voice: Collaborate with other department heads to provide financial insights that drive smart decisions.
• Plan ahead: Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis, making sure we’re always one step ahead.
• Stay in control: Ensure guest billing is accurate, accounts payable are managed efficiently, and financial procedures are legal and ethical.

You’re more than just good with numbers, you’re a proactive leader who sees finance as a tool to inspire better business. Here’s what helps you thrive in this Financial Controller role:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
• At least 3 years’ experience in hotel accounting or internal audit, with 3+ years in a management role
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting, and control procedures
• Experience preparing financial analysis, forecasts, and managing P&L
• Proficiency in systems like Fourth and Opera is preferred
• A collaborative mind-set with great attention to detail
