• Be the face of the restaurant: Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drink with confidence and flair, always with a genuine smile.
• Create moments: Recommend menu items, accommodate special requests, and anticipate guest needs to create a personalised and seamless experience.
• Support the flow: Keep your section clean, stocked, and ready for service, supporting with opening/closing tasks and helping team members as needed.
• Stay in sync: Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver timely, accurate, and polished service.
• Keep it spotless: Follow hygiene and safety procedures to keep the restaurant clean and compliant at all times.

You’re confident, friendly, and passionate about hospitality. You care about the details and love creating positive guest interactions. To thrive in this Waiter/Waitress role, you’ll ideally bring:

• Previous experience as a restaurant server, waiter/waitress, or hospitality team member
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A basic understanding of food hygiene and service standards
• Right to work in the UK and fluency in English
• A guest-first mindset and desire to be part of a supportive, upbeat team
