Annual salary: £29,000

• Lead the service: Take charge of your shift, ensuring the team delivers smooth, efficient and friendly service throughout.
• Motivate the team: Support training and development of junior staff, helping to build confidence and keep standards high.
• Own the details: Oversee table settings, reservation management, opening/closing procedures, and support with stock control.
• Support the guests: Be a point of contact for feedback, queries, and special requests, always with warmth and professionalism.
• Keep things moving: Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing and resolve any issues before they escalate.

You’re positive, professional, and proud to lead by example. You’ll thrive in this Restaurant Supervisor role if you bring:

• Previous experience as a restaurant supervisor or head waiter/waitress in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence leading a shift and supporting junior team members
• Strong customer service instincts and communication skills
• An eye for detail and a cool head under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A passion for food, drink, and creating great guest experiences
