• Keep it spotless – Clean and sanitise kitchen surfaces, equipment, silverware, crockery and glassware to the highest standards.
• Support waste control – Empty rubbish bins and clean waste areas. Follow recycling procedures and maintain a tidy, safe back-of-house space.
• Handle equipment with care – Operate dishwashing machines and cleaning tools safely, following COSHH and hygiene protocols.
• Be part of the team – Support chefs and servers throughout the day, especially during busy meal periods and events.
• Maintain standards – Keep floors swept and mopped, wash down work areas, and help ensure health & safety policies are followed at all times.
• Stay organised – Help with stock movement and storage, and make sure all equipment is returned to the right place after cleaning.

You're reliable, energetic, and ready to work hard behind the scenes. You'll shine in this Kitchen Porter role if you bring:

• A positive attitude and team spirit
• Great attention to detail and pride in doing a thorough job
• Physical stamina to be on your feet and lifting throughout your shift
• Ability to follow hygiene, health & safety, and food safety procedures
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Experience in a similar role is a bonus, but full training is provided
