Here's what you can look forward to as our Spa Receptionist:

Annual Salary - £27,900

A Day in Your Neighbourhood

  • Create exceptional first impressions – Welcome guests and members with warmth, professionalism, and a personalised approach that reflects the standards of a luxury wellbeing destination.
  • Coordinate every journey – Manage bookings, appointments, cancellations, and guest enquiries with efficiency and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
  • Share your expertise – Confidently promote treatments, memberships, retail products, and wellness experiences, helping guests discover the offerings best suited to their needs.
  • Keep everything in balance – Process payments, reconcile tills, maintain accurate records, and support daily financial reporting procedures.
  • Maintain an atmosphere of calm – Ensure reception, retail displays, and guest areas remain immaculate, welcoming, and beautifully presented throughout the day.
  • Work as one team – Collaborate closely with therapists and the wider hotel operation to deliver an effortless and memorable guest experience.
  • Own the details – Maintain guest profiles, treatment preferences, and booking records with precision and confidentiality.
  • Champion wellbeing and sustainability – Support environmentally responsible practices and embody our philosophy of mindful hospitality.

Spa reception team will open and close from 6:30am until 9:30pm.


What's Your Story?

You're naturally warm, organised, and passionate about creating exceptional experiences. You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • Previous experience within luxury hospitality, spa reception, wellness, or premium guest services
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing bookings, guest enquiries, and diary coordination
  • Confidence promoting retail products, memberships, and spa experiences
  • Strong administrative and cash-handling abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of health & safety and guest confidentiality standards
  • A polished, professional presentation and genuine passion for wellbeing
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
