• Craft the story: As our Executive Head Chef, you’ll create menus that showcase the personality of Shepherd’s Bush using local ingredients and inventive flair for our restaurant & bar, event and co-working spaces and spa lounge.
• Lead the brigade: Direct and inspire your kitchen team, from line chefs to sous, to deliver exceptional dishes at every service.
• Delight the senses: From breakfast to dinner, ensure every plate is a balance of visual delight and culinary excellence.
• Drive performance: Manage budgets, control costs, and work to forecast and plan for success.

• 8+ years' experience as a chef, with at least three years in a leadership role
• Deep knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sustainability practices
• Ability to manage a high-performing team and multiple service styles
• Confidence in creating menus that reflect both global trends and local flavours
• Experience with pre-openings or new concept launches is a plus!
• A love for crafting stories through food
