About the Role - You Will:
  • Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and other beverages to a consistently high standard
  • Deliver warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to guests at the bar
  • Recommend drinks and cocktails confidently, using strong product knowledge to guide guests
  • Maintain high standards of speed, accuracy, presentation, and consistency during busy service
  • Work closely with the wider bar and floor teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Keep the bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked throughout service
  • Follow all company standards around responsible alcohol service, hygiene, and health & safety
  • Support with bar opening and closing procedures, including preparation, cleaning, and stock replenishment
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, particularly during busy evenings, weekends, celebrations, and the festive season
  • Help create memorable experiences for guests during one of the busiest periods in the London hospitality calendar
About You - You Will Have:
  • Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-end bar, restaurant, hotel, or nightlife venue
  • Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and drinks service
  • A natural flair for hospitality, style, and guest engagement
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and pride in the quality of your drinks
  • A positive, proactive attitude and team-focused mindset
  • Confidence working in a busy environment with late-night service (up to 3 AM)
  • Passion for great drinks, great service, and unforgettable nights
  • The energy and resilience to thrive during the busy autumn, festive, and winter period
