• The chance to be part of an exciting new concept launch in London

About the Role – You will:

• Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow to ensure a smooth service
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and any special arrangements
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to coordinate seamless service
• Maintain the reception area’s appearance and keep it organised
• Provide exceptional guest care and help create a welcoming atmosphere

About You – You will have:
• Previous experience as a hostess or in a front-of-house customer service role (preferred but not essential)

• The ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
