• Be the first point of contact for all guests visiting House of Louie, delivering a warm, professional, and memorable welcome
• Manage reservations, guest arrivals, waiting lists, and seating plans across the venue to ensure a smooth and efficient service
• Answer telephone enquiries and assist guests with reservations, bookings, and special requests
• Maintain accurate guest profiles using SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar reservation systems
• Communicate guest preferences, VIP arrivals, celebrations, and important information to the restaurant and management teams
• Work closely with the reception, floor, bar, kitchen, and management teams to deliver a seamless guest experience throughout the venue
• Ensure the reception desk, entrance, and cloakroom areas are presented to the highest standards at all times
• Support with reception administration, opening and closing duties, and daily operational tasks
• Handle guest feedback professionally, escalating concerns where appropriate
• Help build lasting guest relationships and create memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits
• Previous experience as a receptionist, host, or in a customer-facing hospitality role (preferred but not essential)
• Experience within a restaurant or luxury hospitality environment is advantageous
• Familiarity with SevenRooms, OpenTable, or similar reservation systems is beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, approachable, and professional manner with immaculate presentation
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment
• The ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering exceptional guest service
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and develop
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
