• Deliver warm, knowledgeable and attentive service throughout every stage of the guest journey, ensuring each table enjoys an exceptional dining experience.
• Confidently guide guests through our food and drinks menus, sharing your knowledge of Peruvian-inspired dishes, cocktails and wines while making thoughtful recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, communicating clearly with the kitchen and bar teams.
• Serve food and drinks to the highest standards, with excellent attention to detail and presentation.
• Anticipate guests' needs, responding proactively to ensure expectations are consistently exceeded.
• Work collaboratively with the front of house, bar and kitchen teams to deliver seamless service during busy periods.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming restaurant environment while following all food safety and service standards.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and positively, turning every interaction into a memorable experience.

What we're looking for...

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar front of house role within a busy, quality-led restaurant.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• An interest in food, wine and cocktails, with enthusiasm for learning about Peruvian cuisine and sharing that knowledge with guests.
• A positive, friendly attitude and excellent communication skills.
