It’s an exciting time to join House of Louie as we head into the autumn and festive season - one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year - and we’re looking for a confident, charismatic, and service-driven Waiter/Waitress to join our dynamic front-of-house team.

Home to Wani Tzuki, our contemporary Japanese dining concept, alongside our chic French restaurant and lively Alligator Bar - known for bold cocktails and live DJs - House of Louie brings together energy, elegance, and exceptional service under one roof.

About the Role - You Will:
  • Deliver warm, attentive, and stylish table service throughout the guest experience
  • Welcome guests confidently and ensure they feel looked after from arrival through to departure
  • Take accurate food and drink orders, offering knowledgeable recommendations where appropriate
  • Develop strong product knowledge across our food and beverage offering
  • Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and wider floor team to deliver smooth, efficient service
  • Ensure tables are maintained to a high standard throughout service
  • Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism
  • Handle busy services with confidence, particularly during evenings, weekends, celebrations, private events, and the festive season
  • Help create memorable experiences for guests during one of the busiest periods in the London hospitality calendar
About You - You Will Have:
  • Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, bar, or hospitality venue (preferred)
  • A natural flair for hospitality, style, and guest engagement
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude and team-focused mindset
  • Confidence working in a busy, high-energy environment with late-night service (up to 3 AM)
  • A passion for great food, drinks, and exceptional service
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a consistently high standard of service
  • The energy and resilience to thrive during the busy autumn, festive, and winter period
